Contact usWe work with a wide range of substrates and finishes to match your design and budget. Examples include coated and uncoated paper stocks at various weights, vinyl and fabric for banners, rigid boards and plastics for signage, plus finishing options such as lamination (gloss or matte), spot UV, embossing and foil stamping. We’ll recommend the best material and finish based on application (indoor vs outdoor), durability and cost.
Yes — we accept both. Submit print-ready artwork (PDF, AI, EPS, or high-res JPG/PNG) and we'll print it as provided. If you don't have artwork, we offer design services to create or adapt your layout for printing (additional fees may apply). A proof will be supplied for approval before production.
Preferred formats: high-resolution PDF (with bleeds), AI or EPS for vector art, and 300 dpi JPG/PNG for raster images. Convert fonts to outlines, embed linked images, and include bleed and safe margin information. Properly prepared files help avoid delays or extra file-prep charges.
Absolutely. We can create artwork from your brief (logo, brand colours and text) or adapt existing materials into print-ready layouts. You will receive a digital proof to review and approve before we start printing, ensuring layout and colour meet your expectations.
We stand by our work. Notify us within the timeframe specified for your job and provide photos or a sample. If the fault is on our side (wrong spec, defects, or production error) we will reprint or refund the affected items at no extra cost. Note: minor colour differences due to screen vs print are addressed during proofing; approved proofs may incur reprint charges for later changes.
